Your use of the Fight Team Rivals game (“Application”) for mobile devices is governed by this privacy policy. Fight Team Rivals is an online martial arts management game created and maintained by Three Towers Games Ltd. This policy describes the ways in which user data is processed, stored and protected, as well as outlining your obligations and requirements around this.

User Provided Information

When you download and use the Application you will be required to register a unique user name in order to access all of the Applications features. You will also be given the opportunity to enter custom character names. Both the user name and character names will be visible to other users.

The Application will also allow you to connect your account with Game Center and/or Facebook. We will collect, record and display information from these services in accordance with their own policies and terms. The information we collect may include (a) your name, (b) your service user id, and (c) profile picture or its URL. Permission and authentication will always be sought from you before the Application uses this information. Where the Application allows you to invite friends, this information will only be used to send communications to the addressee.

Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may also automatically collect certain information including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. This information is used for internal research and reports.

Device Location Information

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Third Party Access To Information Obtained By The Application

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

    We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
